NCMEC CyberTipline Report #CT-2025-847291
Reporting Internet Service Provider has identified content involving the apparent online advertisement of multiple minors for commercial sex acts in the Tampa Bay metropolitan area. Content was posted across three social media platforms between January 28 and February 9, 2025.
Digital forensic analysis of the uploaded media reveals GPS metadata consistent with a cluster of hotels along Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, FL (approximate coordinates: 27.9506° N, 82.5065° W). The IP addresses associated with the account creation and posting activity resolve to two commercial ISP nodes servicing the Westshore business district.
Three distinct minor victims are identified in the submitted media, all appearing to be between 14-17 years of age. Language analysis of the advertisement text suggests a single operator managing multiple victims. The advertising pattern matches known trafficking templates previously flagged by NCMEC's pattern recognition system.
Prior reporting from this geographic cluster includes 3 CyberTipline reports (October 2024, December 2024, January 2025) with overlapping indicators. The phone number (813) 555-0147 used for contact in the current advertisements was previously flagged in CyberTipline Report #CT-2024-712083.
