CI (reliability rating: B-2) reports firsthand observation of 4-6 individuals of apparent Southeast Asian descent being housed in a warehouse facility at [address redacted], approximately 0.3 miles from the Port Tampa cargo terminals.

CI states individuals appear to be working 14-16 hour shifts at an adjacent seafood processing operation. CI observed individuals being transported in a white Ford Transit van (partial plate: FL tag starting with "HRK") between the warehouse and processing facility. Individuals did not appear to have freedom of movement and were accompanied by an armed male at all times.

CI provided 3 photographs of the facility exterior taken on February 10, 2025, showing the warehouse, the transport van, and security camera placement. CI also reports hearing individuals speaking what CI believes to be Vietnamese or Thai.

CI indicates the operation has been active for approximately 2-3 months. CI is willing to provide additional information and cooperate further.
