NCMEC CyberTipline Report #CT-2025-845102 — Forwarded from National Human Trafficking Hotline

Original report submitted by hotel night manager at Best Western Plus Westshore, Tampa, FL.

Reporting party (RP) states that over the past 6 weeks, the same male individual (described as approximately 35-40 years old, heavyset, tattoo on left forearm) has checked into Room 412 on Thursday or Friday evenings, always accompanied by a different young female. RP estimates the females appear to be 16-20 years of age.

The male always pays with cash and provides the same Florida driver's license (name: [redacted]). RP has observed heavy foot traffic to and from Room 412 during these stays, with multiple male visitors arriving separately over 3-4 hour periods.

RP reports that on the most recent occasion (February 7, 2025), RP heard what sounded like a female crying from the room. RP did not call law enforcement at the time but submitted this report the following day.

RP is willing to cooperate and can provide security camera footage from the lobby and hallway.
